1. General

By using the Flick Mobile website or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Flick Mobile may update these terms at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

2. Products

Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith and may be updated without notice. Where a manufacturer's warranty applies it is passed on to you in full. All products sold by Flick Mobile are genuine and sourced through authorised channels. Flick Mobile does not sell counterfeit, grey-import, or refurbished-as-new items.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in JOD and include any applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice. We accept Cash on Delivery, Cliq on Delivery. Payment is due at the time of delivery or in-store purchase. Flick Mobile may cancel an order if payment cannot be collected.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available across Amman and the rest of Jordan. Orders are typically delivered within 3 business days, depending on availability. You will be told an estimated delivery window when your order is confirmed. Flick Mobile is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Delivery costs 3 JD anywhere we deliver.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened software, gift cards and digital codes cannot be refunded once activated or unsealed. Faulty products covered by a manufacturer's warranty are handled under that warranty. Please contact us before returning anything.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — logos, product images, text and design — belongs to Flick Mobile or to its respective rights holders and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flick Mobile is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to any customer will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by negligence.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jordan, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the courts of Amman, Jordan.
